This year, maison parisienne took part in the Entre deux eaux exhibition, presented by the city of Megève. A show dedicated to water, the natural element that surrounds the town. From molecule to source of inspiration, how does water flow through and nourish the intellectual process of contemporary artists?
Ceramists, glassmakers, an embroiderer, mosaicist, designer, weaver… A dozen visual artists shared their aesthetic interpretation of this essential element through exceptional works.
On this occasion, Simone Pheulpin unveiled her wall piece Faille VI, Gérald Vatrin presented his glass sculptures Cristal III and Quasar, Aude Franjou exhibited her linen composition Trois Coraux, and Aurélie Mathigot showcased two wall panels: Notre-Dame and Nymphéas.
